Just **WOW**, WHAT.A.FIND. Short notice weekend away to somewhere new and found this place at Kerne Bridge. Food was amazing, coffee shop food on steroids… my wife was in foody heaven. Coffee and cake too was great for such a dinky vintage van, and the cherry on the cake for me was they also hire canoes. This was amazing for us as we didn’t plan anything but the weather changed and sun came out blazing. Nice guy called Charlie and his wife run the entire place, he briefed us about water safety, boat safety, steering, emergencies, wildlife and where to steer on the river for the whole route and clearly knew his stuff. As it was short notice we did a 1/2 day trip and he drove us to Ross in Wye and launched us onto the river. A couple of hours later and seeing millions of ducks and swans, a kingfisher, jumping fish, herons and egrets we landed back at Kerne Bridge where our car was for more coffee. This find really made our snap trip to the Wye Valley and we’ll definitely be back for more fun, sights, canoeing and Paddle Cafe food. Cheers guys… John and Fi (London)

Had a great little stop here for breakfast by the river. It's a bit tucked away so you need to keep your eyes open for their sign but it's well worth it

Visited this morning with our family who live locally and have been raving about this place. It didn't disappoint! If you're in a canoe make sure you stop, if you're driving make sure you stop! We had delicious breakfast baguettes washed down with great coffee and hot chocolates. Really lovely vibe and we'll be back!

Simply delicious. The best bacon and egg ciabattas freshly made to order. Definitely what we needed on canoe trip from Ross-on-Wye to Symonds Yat. Charlie and team were so nice and helpful with our canoes. Not to mention the vintage fire truck so cute. Make sure you stop by just after Kerne bridge on left bank.
